CricNama unveils new layout and colorful Logo


First Urdu website of Cricket World, CricNama.com celebrates second anniversary with the beginning of New Year. The web-team of CricNama unveiled new layout, attractive Logo and several exclusive features on this occasion, which compares well with any modern website in terms of included features. The new look of website was formally launched during a special ceremony held in Karachi, attended by renowned Urdu bloggers.

CricNama started its journey two years ago, just before the Cricket World Cup 2011, with the challenging aim of providing the Urdu-speaking cricket fans of Pakistan, India and elsewhere with the latest updates in their own language. Ever since, the website has fulfilled its promise by covering all important cricket events including the World Cup 2011, ICC World T20, and most recently, the historic Pak-India series that was played in India.

Not only providing the latest cricket news in Urdu Language but CricNama also offering interactive features including live score cards, Cricket videos and photos, pages from history of cricket, important days in cricket, records, statistics and world rankings. Icing on the cake is interviews with cricket players and other relevant personalities.

Speaking on the occasion, the founder and editor of CricNama, Mr. Fahad Kehar (more often known by his pen name- Abu-Shamil in the world of blogging and social networking), said “the completion of two successful years and the launch of website’s new layout is a very important milestone in the history of CricNama. CricNama’s new layout has been designed by a famous Qatar-based Pakistani designer, Mr. Khawar Bilal while the application of the design was done by Pakistani web-designer, Mr. Sajid Iqbal.
